What is the pre-qualification selection process For applicants?

The Pre-Qualification Selection is a process that will determine which applicants are considered as viable College Ambition Counselor Candidates. Through our PQS process applicants will be required to successfully participate in interviews, facilitation demonstrations, content trainings and complete assessments to demonstrate that they possess the required skills and acumen to thrive as a College Ambition Counselor. Successful candidates will then be entered into our candidate pool for consideration of open positions at New Ambitions.
