New Ambitions was founded in 2014 to boost the 21st century College Access and Success Movement by providing dynamic and comprehensive programs to diligently assist NYC high school students to and through higher education.

Rachel Johnson

President, Director of Programs

Rachel Johnson brings more than ten years of experience servicing NYC youth in positive youth development and college access and success programming. She holds a Bachelors degree from New York University and utilizes her passion and expertise to direct programs and achieve impactful outcomes at New Ambitions. Ms. Johnson is committed to leading our team in ensuring quality programming and implementation so that even more students achieve their college and career ambitions.
